The limited-edition “Safe Sex For Ever “raises Funds against AIDS
“My only regret? Not having invented the condom: the most beautiful of clothes,” said Jean Paul Gaultier in a press release.
Jean Paul Gautier does it again, after his big success with raising funds with the sailor masks last summer. He is back at is this year with the striking white socks with his iconic bold red text “Safe Sex For Ever”, to raise funds for the French charity Sidaction. That aims to helping people with Aids and HIV.

Jean Paul Gautier has a personal experience as he struggles with losing a loved on To HIV in the early 90s and that’s one of the reasons why he always aims to do awareness to young peopleconcerning this issue.
“The fight against AIDS is above all a personal story: this fight is particularly close to my heart. I was confronted with this scourge which took away my friend. I remember the rejection that patients faced in the beginning. I want to speak to young people and try to sensitize them because too often they think that HIV / AIDS does not concern them ”.
